We provide Idaho Falls residential habilitation, supported living, and other services for adults with disabilities. We emphasize the dignity, independence, and emotional well‑being of our program participants, incorporating a personalized approach.
Through our residential habilitation services, we offer high and intense levels of support and strive to provide beautiful, well-maintained residences for participants. Our supported living services are offered to supply hourly assistance to individuals who live in their own residences and typically involve 30-70 hours of direct care support per week. The other support services we provide include assistance in finding employment, providing opportunities for community involvement, and more.
Elite Residential Habilitation, previously known as Elite Healthcare, was started in early 2016 by a team of dedicated individuals with a passion for helping adults with disabilities. Today, Elite Residential Habilitation is an established agency focused on supporting participants in becoming their best selves. Elite Residential Habilitation now includes a dynamic, experienced administration team and an expanding group of devoted direct care staff.
